Carefree 3

The Carefree 3 is a three-bedroom ranch with a large open great room in the front of the house that flows into the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining with a raised snack bar overlooking the great room. This plan can also be changed to have a closed kitchen with an eight-foot wall between the great room creating a U shaped kitchen. The dining room has a sliding door to the patio or deck.

The plan features a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet.
